We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Assistant to help build and maintain strong customer relationships. You’ll assist with coordinating marketing programs, creating promotional materials, managing social media channels, and producing engaging digital content. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and create advertising and promotional materials including digital content, print ads, brochures, and social media posts
• Manage and grow social media accounts with regular, engaging content
• Produce newsletters and other communications materials on a regular basis
• Coordinate and promote marketing events and activities
• Create and edit video content for social media and promotional use
• Provide creative support across all departments
• Work with the team to ensure all materials are accurate, professional, and on-brand
• Assist with organizing special events and marketing functions
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. We provide full training on all tools and processes. You should have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for learning design and video editing tools
• Optional: any experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or content creation is a bonus
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
