About This Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team on a fully remote basis. You’ll develop and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms, create engaging content, and help build our online presence. This is a great entry-level opportunity to grow your social media skills in a supportive environment with full training provided.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and manage social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Create compelling written, visual, and video content aligned with brand guidelines
• Manage the content calendar and establish performance metrics
• Monitor social media analytics and provide regular performance reports with insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content initiatives and campaigns
• Research industry trends and social listening to inform strategy
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
• Support influencer and partnership outreach where relevant
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment
Skills/Background Needed
• No prior experience required – we provide full training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling and visual content
• Comfortable learning new social media tools and platforms
• Basic understanding of analytics and ability to work with data
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Collaborative approach and willingness to take feedback
• Comfortable working with tools such as Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and social media management platforms
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest is helpful but not essential
