About this role

This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting their career in digital marketing and content creation.
What you’ll do
Social Media Content
Create short-form vertical video and photography content from start to finish—capturing, editing, adding captions, and publishing across platforms. You’ll build and maintain a content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including managing events and community group posts. You’ll monitor comments, messages, and reviews, respond to community engagement, and generate monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
Graphic Design
Design print and digital materials including flyers, brochures, posters, social graphics, email headers, web banners, and display ads. You’ll maintain consistent branding across all materials and work with stakeholders to turn their requests into polished, ready-to-publish files on deadline.
Copywriting
Write blog posts, press releases, web copy, newsletters, email subject lines, advertising copy, social captions, and signage text. You’ll adapt your tone and voice for different audiences and proofread content across the organization.
Skills/background needed
You should have some experience with social media management, graphic design, and content creation. Proficiency with design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is important. Video editing experience with tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro is needed. You’ll also need familiarity with social media scheduling platforms, strong writing and editing skills, basic photography and videography ability, and excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines.
A portfolio showing your design, writing, and video work is required with your application.
What’s nice to have
Experience with online review platforms, email marketing tools, paid social advertising, website content management, or similar marketing roles is a plus. Any familiarity with community, recreation, education, or hospitality marketing is also helpful.
