About the role
Do you love visual storytelling and have an instinct for social media trends? This is your chance to create compelling content that engages audiences and showcases inspiring stories. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you’ll produce videos, photos, and written content for social and digital platforms that drive real engagement and build community.
What you’ll do
• Shoot and edit videos to highlight people, events and themes for social platforms
• Create content to support event marketing and capture video and photo content at events for use across social media channels
• Ideate and create content that tells compelling stories and provides behind-the-scenes insight
• Provide photo and video coverage of events, with quick turnaround for highlights
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and creative teams to develop strategy and content for TikTok, YouTube and other platforms
• Stay current on developing social media trends and ideate content to capitalize on them
• Work with the marketing team to edit and produce promotional content
• Assist in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms
• Help create and execute content calendars
• Take on other creative and video-editing tasks as needed
Skills and experience we’re looking for
• Demonstrated experience creating content for social and digital channels (a portfolio, blog, YouTube channel, or similar is helpful but not essential)
• Videography, editing and photography skills, especially for YouTube and TikTok
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop; experience with Adobe Lightroom and After Effects is a plus
• Ability to work with motion graphics
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication, organizational and planning skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once
• Willingness to work weekends and after-hours when needed

Location: Open to applicants worldwide.
Important: This role involves travel for on-site content capture at events and competitions, including weekends. You’ll need to be comfortable carrying equipment (up to 20 pounds) and working for extended periods while standing, walking, bending and moving around venues.
