We are looking for a creative video content creator to plan, shoot, and edit engaging social media videos. Your main goal will be to build our brand and showcase our business by creating engaging video content using both professional cameras and smartphones.
What You Will Do
Plan & Schedule: Create and manage a content calendar. You will plan out what videos need to be shot, when to film them, and when to post them.
Shoot Video: Act as our videographer. Film high-quality footage using both professional camera gear and your smartphone.
Edit & Create: Edit the footage into short, engaging videos using apps like CapCut and Adobe Premiere. Add trending audio, text, and effects.
Capture Stories: Reach out to create real video testimonials and success stories.
Manage Social Media: Post content to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and reply to comments from the community.
Track & Learn: Check basic social media numbers (views, likes, shares) to see what types of videos perform best, and use that information to plan better shoots.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing and design teams to make sure your videos match the overall brand.
Skills/background needed
Some hands-on experience with video editing software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere is ideal. Familiarity with design tools like Canva is helpful. You should be comfortable shooting video with both professional cameras and smartphones.
You are highly organized, creative, and great at planning ahead. You know how to tell a good story through video and have a good eye for lighting and camera angles. You are a people person who knows how to make others feel comfortable on camera. You are a self-starter who can manage your own time and get shoots done independently.
Fluency in English is required.
