Roles: Social Media & Content Coordinator
Contract type: Part Time, On-Site

We’re looking for a creative, organized Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team on-site. You’ll work directly with our creative team to manage day-to-day content creation, social media, and digital operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves content creation and wants real-world experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Schedule
Approximately Monday–Friday, 2–7 PM or 3–8 PM, depending on the day’s schedule. Flexibility is important. Some evenings and weekends may be required for shoots, events, and releases. Occasional travel may also be required.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Social Media
• Film high-quality vertical video and take photos using an iPhone
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Edit short-form videos quickly using CapCut
• Edit and enhance photos for social media
• Create Stories, graphics, announcements and visual assets in Canva
• Add captions, music, text, transitions and effects
• Frequently shoot, edit and publish content the same day
• Assist with content ideas, locations and shoot planning
• Maintain an organized library of photos, videos and finished assets
• Help maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
• Monitor comments, engagement and audience response
Artist & Operations Support
• Assist with release campaigns and promotional schedules
• Update and monitor social platforms and streaming services
• Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports
• Coordinate assets and deadlines with team members and partners
• Help organize content, videos, press materials and release assets
• Assist with administrative projects as needed
Skills/background needed:
• CapCut – strong working knowledge required
• Canva – required
• iPhone photography & videography – required; comfortable framing and lighting vertical content
• Instagram, TikTok & YouTube – required; familiar with how these platforms work
• Photo editing – experience with tools like Lightroom, Photoshop Express, Snapseed or similar
• Google Drive or Dropbox – comfortable organizing and sharing files
• Social media analytics – able to understand which content performs well
• Creative mindset but also organized, dependable and proactive
• Comfortable taking initiative and adapting quickly to changing priorities
• Able to handle confidential material
Nice to have:
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop or Lightroom. Any background in music industry operations or digital platforms is a bonus but not required.
