We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who understands how to build a strong brand, create engaging content, and grow an audience through social media.
About the role:
You will develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms. Your day-to-day work will include creating high-quality content, planning monthly content calendars, coordinating photo and video shoots, writing captions, and tracking performance metrics to optimize results. You’ll collaborate with the team to communicate the brand’s unique story and values online, while maintaining a professional and polished presence.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Create and coordinate engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short-form video
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Coordinate content production including photo and video shoots
• Write compelling captions and develop creative campaigns
• Monitor trends, competitors, and industry opportunities
• Track analytics and provide regular performance reports
• Grow the team’s online presence, engagement, and reach
• Collaborate with the team to communicate brand values and customer experience
Skills/background needed:
You should have hands-on experience creating and managing social media content. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and video creation is important. You’ll need strong organizational and time-management skills, the ability to analyze performance data, and a creative eye for visual storytelling. Experience in healthcare, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle marketing is helpful but not required. Most importantly, you should understand how to grow an audience and turn engagement into real results.
Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and ready to learn.
