Join our marketing and communications team and help build a positive brand presence across digital platforms. We’re looking for an entry-level specialist to support our social media, website, and marketing initiatives. No prior experience required – we provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed.
About the Role:
You’ll work alongside our marketing team to create, manage, and optimise content across social media channels. Your day-to-day will include planning and posting content, supporting the creation of marketing materials, writing copy, taking photos and videos for campaigns, and collaborating with team members to maintain a strong online presence. You’ll also help with website updates, design support, and various marketing communications projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms
• Write engaging copy and captions for marketing campaigns
• Take photos and videos for social media and marketing use
• Support the design and production of marketing materials using design tools
• Help manage and update the website
• Collaborate with team members on promotional campaigns and events
• Assist with press releases and communications projects
• Participate in quality improvement and team development activities
• Complete other tasks as assigned to support the team
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, public relations, or a related field
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
• Experience using design tools such as Canva
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Highly organized, deadline-focused, and detail-oriented
• Friendly customer service approach and collaborative mindset
• Graphic design, video editing, and professional photography experience is a plus, but not required
Contract length:
Full Time, 40 hours per week
