About the role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us build our brand presence across digital channels. You’ll support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, manage our social media accounts, update website content, and help coordinate community engagement initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Digital marketing and online presence

• Plan, develop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels

• Respond to messages, comments, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain and update our website and digital marketing platform with current, accurate information

• Support search engine optimisation efforts to improve website visibility

• Manage our business profiles on Google and other online listing platforms

• Track and analyse digital performance metrics including social engagement, website traffic, and online visibility

Campaign management

• Assist with developing and launching marketing campaigns that promote products, build brand awareness, and engage customers

• Create marketing materials including social media content, email campaigns, promotional graphics, and printed collateral

• Ensure all marketing communications maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels

Community engagement

• Support community events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives

• Promote community involvement through social media and other marketing channels

• Help coordinate branded materials for events and branch locations

Reporting and administration

• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on digital engagement and return on investment

• Monitor and help manage marketing budgets and expenses

• Support special marketing projects and initiatives as needed

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies

Skills/background needed:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Creative thinking with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Basic experience with website content management systems or social media scheduling tools is helpful but not required

• Ability to analyse data and interpret marketing metrics

• Strong organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative

• Problem-solving mindset with a curious approach to learning
