We’re hiring a Social Media Manager & Content Producer to join our creative team. You’ll be shooting photo and video on location, editing content, and managing social accounts for a variety of clients—all with real creative control over your work.
What you’ll be doing:
• Shoot photo and video on location at client businesses (user-generated content style)
• Edit short-form video for Instagram and TikTok
• Build content calendars and manage posting schedules
• Manage comments and direct messages across accounts
• Develop and pitch content ideas
• Stay on top of trends and identify which ones work for each client
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Skills/background needed:
• Ability to shoot quality content using a smartphone
• Comfortable directing and working with people on camera
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple clients
• Good eye for visual content and design
• Reliable local transportation
• No prior agency experience required—full training provided
Nice to have:
• Previous experience working in a creative or agency environment
• Photography background
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
