Role Summary:
Are you passionate about online video content and marketing? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized coordinator to help manage and grow our YouTube channel. You’ll work on creating and executing marketing campaigns, developing content strategies, and analyzing performance data to drive engagement. What You’ll Do:
• Create and execute marketing campaigns with YouTube as a primary channel, working alongside digital advertising and brand teams• Develop content calendars, manage video releases, and optimize videos using platform tools to drive growth and engagement• Manage YouTube and social media assets, coordinating with multiple stakeholders• Analyze performance data and YouTube channel analytics week-to-week, adapting strategies based on insights• Stay informed about platform trends, content formats, and algorithm updates to keep campaigns fresh and optimized• Partner with design and media teams to develop YouTube-optimized assets• Oversee on-site marketing efforts including planning for livestreaming and real-time content capture• Support the recruitment and onboarding of team members and external partners• Help with training and support for team members, clients, and vendors• Work on other projects and responsibilities as assigned
Skills/Background Needed:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, audience development, or content strategy (or equivalent demonstrated knowledge)• Strong understanding of YouTube: platform features, content formats, algorithm basics, and creator ecosystem• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Monday• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to write engaging YouTube titles, descriptions, and calls-to-action• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams• Willingness to work off-hours publishing and monitoring when needed• Bonus skills: YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Photoshop, or video editing software• Full training will be provided on all systems and processes
Work Environment:
This is an on-site position. You must be willing to travel to work during holidays and evening/weekend hours as needed to meet deadlines. You’ll work at various event locations and need to be comfortable with open-concept office spaces, loud noise levels, and varying temperature conditions.
