About the role:
You’ll collaborate with the team on content creation, branding efforts, and promotional campaigns to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. You’ll maintain a proactive approach to community management by engaging with followers and partners to grow the online community. This is an on-site position where you’ll work during set hours at our workplace.
What you’ll be doing:
• Participate in live streaming sessions throughout your working day
• Review and analyze video performance analytics to identify what resonates with audiences
• Shoot, organize, and edit creative video content efficiently for social media and promotional use
• Assist with order fulfillment, including handling and organizing packages
• Monitor social conversations and identify opportunities for meaningful engagement
• Collaborate with partners and community members to build relationships
Skills/background needed:
• Experience with video editing and content creation tools such as CapCut and Canva
• Familiarity with social media platforms and how their algorithms work
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to handle and lift packages weighing up to 10 lbs
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a dynamic role
• No prior professional experience necessary—full training will be provided
