About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, positive, and professional? Do you enjoy working with teams and managing multiple projects at once? We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a fully remote position perfect for someone eager to learn social media management, digital advertising, and content creation from the ground up. You’ll work across multiple client accounts, manage social platforms, track ad performance, and collaborate with team members to create engaging content.
What You’ll Do
• Manage social media accounts and digital advertising campaigns for multiple clients
• Create, schedule, and update content across social platforms
• Monitor and analyse ad performance and social media analytics
• Assist with developing ad creative and preparing monthly reports for clients
• Set up and manage marketing funnels and automation tools
• Respond to team messages and client emails daily
• Support content creation with basic graphic design and email newsletter tasks
• Help troubleshoot issues and optimise campaign performance
• Work flexibly across different projects and platforms
Skills/background needed
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Experience with Google Ads or Facebook Ads (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Strong attention to detail and spelling
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Background in writing, editing, marketing, or basic graphic design is helpful but not required
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and positive attitude
