Join our team as a Social Media & Content Specialist! You’ll plan, create, and share engaging digital content across multiple platforms to build community, drive audience growth, and support our marketing goals. This is a fully remote, entry-level position with full training provided.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
Work with the marketing team to develop social media and email strategies that align with business goals. Set measurable objectives for campaigns focused on growing awareness, engagement, and community. Monitor comments and conversations, respond to audience members, and help build active online communities.
Content Creation
Create compelling content in multiple formats—text, images, videos, and carousels—for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Shoot and edit photos and videos. Write engaging captions, scripts, blog posts, email copy, and newsletters that match our brand voice. Manage a content calendar to keep posting on track and strategic.
Performance & Reporting
Track engagement metrics, views, and reach to understand what’s working. Spot trends in the data to inform future content decisions. Prepare monthly performance reports. Collaborate with team members to develop fresh campaign ideas.
Skills & Background Needed
You don’t need years of experience—we’re looking for enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Helpful skills include:
Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile video apps. Understanding of how social media platforms work and what content performs well. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to think creatively and analytically. Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus but not required.
