About This Role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is creative, analytical, and eager to learn. In this role, you’ll plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage website content, support marketing platforms, and use data to improve campaign performance. You’ll work across email, search, display advertising, and social channels. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build real marketing skills in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, search, display advertising, and other digital channels
• Manage website content, landing pages, and digital resources to keep information accurate, relevant, and up to date
• Develop and manage digital content that supports campaigns and communications
• Work with marketing platforms, including email marketing tools, analytics software, and social media management systems
• Partner with teams across the organization to support campaigns, product launches, and communications
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements
• Ensure digital content is consistent across all channels
Skills/background needed:
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and CRM systems
• Basic understanding of web design principles, mobile-friendly design, and search engine optimization
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Passion for digital marketing and willingness to learn
• Full training will be provided for all platforms and tools
