About this role:
You’ll support the digital marketing team by helping create and manage content across online platforms. This is a fully remote, entry-level position perfect for someone eager to learn digital marketing, social media management, and content creation from the ground up. No prior experience necessary—we provide full training.
What you’ll do:
• Help create engaging content for digital platforms and websites• Support social media campaigns, including writing posts and coordinating approvals• Work with basic web tools to improve website visibility and user experience• Monitor and respond to customer questions and reviews in a timely manner• Track and report on campaign performance using simple analytics• Coordinate with the customer service team to address feedback• Work with sales teams to help implement and track digital marketing programs• Analyse social media data and insights to improve future campaigns• Produce monthly reports on campaign results and customer feedback• Support other marketing tasks as needed
Skills/background needed:
• Genuine interest in digital marketing, social media, or eCommerce• Familiarity with social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest (or willingness to learn)• Basic experience with WordPress or similar content management tools (preferred but not required)• Strong writing and editing skills• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines• Detail-oriented, organised, and a team player• Excellent communication skills• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the digital marketing field
