You’ll create short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok — showcasing food, culture, and new product launches to a broad audience, and building content that drives engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok featuring food, kitchen operations, and new products (2–4 videos per week to start)
Write captions, select audio and trending formats, and manage the posting schedule across both platforms
Track performance metrics — views, saves, follower growth, clicks, and conversion activity — and adjust your content strategy based on results
Engage with comments and build community to grow audience loyalty
Work directly with the team on brand messaging, campaigns, and product promotions
Comfort being on camera or directing others on camera
Skills/background needed
An active Instagram or TikTok presence you can share (a personal account, a food page, or accounts managed for a brand all qualify)
Experience filming and editing vertical video using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar
Understanding of what makes short-form content perform and how to create content that converts viewers into customers
Genuine interest in food culture and storytelling through video
Reliable transportation for occasional in-person shoot days (typically 1–2 days per week)
Preferred experience
Prior work with food, restaurant, or consumer product content
Familiarity with conversion tracking tools or link-in-bio platforms
Basic product and menu photography skills
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing
Location: Hybrid (mostly remote with occasional on-site shoot days). Open to applicants worldwide.
