Are you fluent in Spanish and English? We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Bilingual Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. This is a full-time seasonal role perfect for someone starting their customer service career.
You’ll be the friendly voice helping customers find answers, resolve issues, and get the support they need. Whether through live chat, phone calls, or email, you’ll deliver excellent service and build genuine connections with the people you help.
Roles: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email. Provide technical support, manage customer accounts, enter application data accurately, solve problems creatively, and follow all procedures and policies. You’ll multitask, prioritise effectively, and stay flexible as projects evolve.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application. Performance and attendance-based incentives available.
Contract length: Full-time seasonal position.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need basic to strong computer skills and comfort learning new technology quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication in both Spanish and English is essential. You should be self-motivated, professional, and genuinely enjoy helping others. Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or health insurance is helpful but absolutely not required—we provide full training. We’re looking for someone reliable, dedicated, and ready to grow.

You must be available for the full paid 3-week training period and willing to complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire.
