About This Role
We’re looking for friendly, dependable people to join our customer support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who need help, providing clear answers and real solutions every single day. This is fully remote work—you’ll support customers from home, with no commute and no office distractions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via live chat and delivering helpful, professional support
Assisting with basic technical questions and troubleshooting
Accurately documenting customer interactions and creating support records when needed
Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Providing consistent, high-quality service in a calm, solution-focused way
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training. You’ll need strong written communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and comfort learning new computer systems. A high school diploma or GED is required.
What We’re Looking For
You’re dependable, thoughtful, and comfortable working independently from home. You can communicate clearly in writing, stay organised, and genuinely want to help customers. Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are especially encouraged to apply.
Training & Support
We’ll provide structured onboarding during your first two weeks to set you up for success. You’ll learn everything you need to know before handling customer interactions independently.
Work Environment Requirements
To work from home successfully, you’ll need:
Reliable high-speed internet connection
A private, distraction-free workspace
A computer with the ability to run modern software
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. You’ll work a consistent schedule that balances business needs with work-life balance. Reliable attendance is important.
