Role: Live Chat Support Representative
Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Live Chat Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide excellent support to our customers through live chat, email, and video calls. You’ll address customer inquiries, help resolve issues, and recommend products and services based on their needs. This is a fully remote position where you’ll work from home and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure every customer has an exceptional experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Handle customer interactions via chat, email, and video calls to resolve their issues and create a positive experience• Respond to customer inquiries with patience and professionalism• Review customer accounts and recommend relevant products or services that could help them• Work through customer scenarios using problem-solving skills to reach the best outcome• Maintain knowledge of the company’s product and service offerings to provide accurate support• Meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations• Stay updated on industry best practices and company policies• Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Background Needed

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)• Customer service experience is helpful but not required• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain things clearly• The ability to stay calm and focused when handling multiple customer needs• Basic computer skills and comfort using chat, email, and video platforms• Honesty, reliability, and a willingness to take responsibility• Fluent English communication• The ability to work independently from home while staying connected with your team
