We’re looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our growing support team. This is a fully remote role where you’ll help merchants and retailers with their account questions and support needs. You’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside the company and make a real impact on customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Handle inbound chats, emails, and phone calls from merchants and retailers to assist with account questions and application support
- Provide accurate, timely information to help resolve customer inquiries
- Complete back-office tasks such as processing and generating reports to ensure a high-quality experience
- Build and maintain positive relationships with merchants through excellent customer service
- Make outbound calls to merchants when appropriate to provide proactive support
- Work flexibly across different tasks as the company grows and tests new approaches
- Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training will be provided. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and comfort managing multiple customer interactions at once. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as team communication tools like Zoom, is helpful but not essential. You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace for calls and video meetings. Availability to work some evenings and weekends is required.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
