About This Role:
We’re looking for a Live Chat Support Specialist to join our customer support team. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries through live chat, assist with account management, and provide friendly, professional support. You’ll work directly with customers to resolve their questions and ensure they have a great experience. This is a perfect entry-level position – no prior experience required, and we provide full training to get you started.
What You’ll Do:
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Gather and verify customer information accurately
• Answer questions and provide guidance on products or services
• Resolve common customer issues and escalate complex matters when needed
• Document all interactions clearly and thoroughly
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service in every conversation
• Follow company policies and procedures consistently
• Work efficiently in a remote chat environment with focus and minimal distractions
Skills/Background Needed:
• Proficient typing skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training
• Ability to work independently from home with good focus and attention to detail
