About This Role
We’re looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our customer support team as a Live Chat Support Specialist. This is a fully remote position where you’ll work from home, helping customers via live chat while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do
As a Chat Support Specialist, you’ll:
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner• Provide accurate information and resolve routine customer questions• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction• Learn our products and services through full onboarding training• Escalate complex issues to experienced team members when needed• Maintain clear, organized records of all customer interactions• Work collaboratively with other team members to support customer success• Identify opportunities to help customers get the most from their experience
Skills/Background Needed
• Strong written communication skills — you’ll be chatting with customers all day• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations• Basic computer skills and comfort using chat platforms• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to help• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home• No prior customer support or industry experience required — we provide full training
