Do you enjoy connecting with people and consider yourself a great listener? We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our customer support team in a fully remote role.
This is a 100% work-from-home position. You’ll provide support to customers across multiple channels—phone, email, and chat—helping them with product questions, account management, billing inquiries, and more. Full paid training will be provided, and all necessary equipment will be supplied.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
• Answer questions about products, policies, and services
• Process account changes and transactions
• Resolve billing and service concerns, escalating complex issues as needed
• Document all interactions accurately in our customer management system
• Build trust with customers and help them get the most from their services
• Meet performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date
• Maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace for all customer conversations
Skills/Background Needed:
• Customer service or call center experience is ideal, but not required—we provide full training
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new software tools
• Ability to listen, type, and navigate multiple screens at the same time
• Spanish language skills are a bonus
• Professional approach and a genuine desire to help customers
