We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual to provide support to our community members via chat, email, and phone. You’ll help people find solutions, answer questions, and provide a positive experience in every interaction.
This is a great entry-level position if you enjoy helping others, staying calm under pressure, and taking pride in delivering quality service.
What You’ll Do
Customer Support & Problem Resolution
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with clear, professional, and helpful communication
Provide timely solutions to customer concerns and follow up as needed
Maintain a polite, courteous, and professional tone in all customer interactions
Represent our organisation positively in every conversation
Account & Order Support
Assist customers with placing orders and updating account information
Process refund and return requests accurately
Maintain careful attention to detail when handling customer data
Products & Information
Learn about our products, services, and current promotions
Provide accurate information to customers about what we offer
Data & Quality
Enter data accurately and efficiently
Manage multiple customer requests at the same time
Work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by chat, email, and phone
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities without stress
Good time-management and organisational skills
Comfort working with databases and common software tools
High school diploma or equivalent
