We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help guide clients through their first experience with our platform. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, solving problems, and ensuring customers get up and running smoothly from day one.
No prior onboarding or customer success experience is required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed. If you’re organized, communicative, and genuinely enjoy helping others, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Client Support During Setup: Be the main point of contact as clients get started with the platform, answering questions and ensuring they feel supported.
Create Onboarding Plans: Work with clients to understand their needs and build a simple, clear plan to get them set up successfully.
Coordinate Across Teams: Work with different departments to make sure clients have everything they need for a smooth transition.
Spot and Solve Problems: Identify potential delays or issues early and work to resolve them quickly.
Track Progress: Monitor how onboardings are going and use feedback to help improve the process over time.
Support the Team: Help other onboarding team members when needed and share tips on what works best.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required—we’re looking for enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Strong communication skills—comfort talking to clients and team members at all levels
- Organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new software tools
- Friendly, professional approach to client relationships
Contract length:
