We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work with our business partners to help them succeed and grow their business with us.
About the Role:
The Customer Success team is focused on building and maintaining strong partnerships with our business partners. You’ll be the main point of contact after the sale, helping partners maximize their experience, increase product adoption, and identify growth opportunities. You’ll also work with colleagues across analytics, product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure our partners get the best support possible.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage a portfolio of partner accounts and build long-term, strategic business relationships
• Handle contract renewals, pricing updates, and expansion opportunities
• Develop proactive strategies to drive partner growth and increase product adoption
• Analyze partner performance and recommend programmes to improve results
• Monitor partner relationship health to ensure mutual success
• Coordinate with teams across the company to improve our offerings for partners
Skills/background needed:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects with attention to detail
• Experience using CRM systems and analytics tools (or willingness to learn)
• Customer relationship management experience preferred
• Comfortable negotiating and closing agreements
• Analytical mindset with ability to review performance data and report on results
• No prior experience required – full training provided
Rate:
