About this role:
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Chat Support Representative to join our customer service team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone starting their customer service career. You’ll work from home, handle customer inquiries via chat, and help resolve claims and policy questions in a supportive environment. Full training will be provided, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills and take on more responsibility as you progress.
What you will do:
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat while following best practices and communication guidelines
• Help customers set up claims and provide clear information about their requests
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, including details of inquiries and actions taken
• Provide timely and accurate answers to routine questions, updating customer records as needed
• Advocate for customers in every interaction to ensure an outstanding experience
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team
What you’ll bring:
• Willingness to learn and develop customer service skills
• Strong active listening and communication abilities
• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple conversations
• Great teamwork skills and a helpful attitude
• Comfort using computer systems and learning new software
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
