Live Chat Support Agent – Work From Home (Full Time)

About This Role

We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Live Chat Support Agent to join our fully remote team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for members, helping them navigate their accounts, resolve technical issues, and get the most out of our platform. This is a full-time position perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

Member Support & Communication

Respond to member inquiries via chat and email, resolving issues quickly and professionally. You’ll be the friendly face members interact with day-to-day, answering questions about account access, setup, and platform features. When a question needs specialist input, you’ll coordinate with the right team and follow up to ensure resolution.

Monitor member accounts for engagement signals and reach out proactively to members who may need extra support. You’ll also help coordinate smooth transitions when members upgrade, downgrade, or pause their accounts.

Technical Coordination

Troubleshoot common technical issues like access problems, setup questions, and platform navigation. You’ll work closely with technical specialists and developers to resolve more complex issues, and you’ll keep accurate notes in our CRM system so nothing falls through the cracks.

As our platform evolves, you’ll quickly learn new tools and features, staying up to date to provide the best support possible.

Account & Billing Conversations

You may occasionally assist members with billing questions or payment issues. These conversations require patience, clarity, and genuine care—you’ll help members understand their options and work toward solutions that work for both them and the business.

What Success Looks Like

Members feel heard and supported. Your chat responses are warm, clear, and helpful. Issues are resolved on time, and members consistently rate their experience highly.

You catch problems early. You notice when members seem disengaged or frustrated, and you take action before small issues become big ones.

Your CRM notes are thorough and accurate, making it easy for your teammates to pick up where you left off. No follow-ups are missed.

You’re proactive and collaborative. You spot ways to improve the support process and share ideas with your team.

Who You Are

You genuinely enjoy helping people and can stay calm and patient when members are frustrated. You read between the lines and know how to turn a difficult situation into a positive one.

You’re comfortable learning new software quickly. You’ll work with a CRM system, project tracking software, and digital platforms—no deep tech background needed, just a willingness to learn.

You’re organized and detail-oriented. You keep accurate notes, manage your time well, and make sure nothing gets missed.

You communicate clearly in writing and by voice. You can explain technical concepts in simple language that anyone can understand.

You’re a problem solver who spots issues early and works with your team to find solutions.

Previous experience in customer support, account management, or member services is helpful but not required. If you have the heart and work ethic for this role, we’ll provide full training.

Skills/background needed: Strong written and verbal communication, ability to work independently in a remote setting, comfort learning new software and tools, patience and empathy, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Full-time, permanent position.

Location: Open to applicants worldwide. Fully remote—you’ll work from home with flexible scheduling during standard business hours.

What We Offer

100% remote work with flexible scheduling. Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

Full training and onboarding. You’ll learn our platform, processes, and best practices before you start supporting members independently.

A supportive team environment. You’ll work alongside kind, collaborative colleagues who genuinely care about helping each other succeed.

Opportunities for growth and learning. As you develop skills, there are paths to take on more responsibility and advance your career.

Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, a retirement programme, and paid time off.

What You’ll Need

A computer (at least 16GB RAM) and a stable internet connection. You’ll provide your device, and we’ll provide all the software and tools you need to succeed.

A quiet space where you can focus on member conversations without distractions.

We’re an equal opportunity employer. We value a diverse workforce and encourage people from all backgrounds to apply. No experience necessary—we’re looking for attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
