Role: Chat Support Representative
Contract length: Full-time, permanent

About the role
You’ll be the friendly face behind the chat, making sure every customer feels valued and heard. In a single day, you might answer support tickets, help route customer inquiries to the right department, assist with payment or account issues, and reach out to customers about special opportunities – all while keeping a warm, helpful tone.
This is a flexible, multi-tasking role. There’s no pressure to hit sales targets or quotas. Your goal is simply to do right by each customer, stay organized, and notice when someone needs help before they have to ask for it.
What you’ll do
• Manage customer support requests and tickets, responding quickly and resolving issues fully
• Route customer inquiries to the correct department or team member
• Help customers with payment or account recovery issues in a friendly, pressure-free way
• Reach out to customers about special offers or opportunities via chat or messaging
• Support the team with follow-up calls or messages to customers
• Occasionally assist with lead management or customer outreach
Skills/background needed
You don’t need prior experience – we provide full training. We’re looking for someone who:
• Genuinely enjoys helping people and has a warm, kind communication style
• Can stay calm and kind when handling difficult conversations
• Is organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks without dropping anything
• Has strong written and spoken communication skills
• Picks up new tools and software quickly
• Enjoys working with different types of customers and client groups
