About This Role
This is a fully remote, full-time position supporting partner organizations through relationship management and ongoing communication. You will be the steady point of contact for multiple partners, helping them feel supported, heard, and clear about their goals and progress.
What You’ll Do
Your main focus (90% of your time) will be relationship management:
• Onboard new partners and step in as their ongoing primary contact
• Maintain detailed, current records on each partner you support
• Run regular check-in calls to understand partner goals and needs for the year
• Create annual roadmaps and sequence projects in a way that makes sense for each partner
• Provide context and insight to project teams so their work reflects each partner’s voice and priorities
• Offer feedback and support when partners have questions about completed work
• Recognize when partners are ready to advance or need support beyond your scope, and route them appropriately
• Keep partner records and systems accurate and current after every interaction
Your remaining time (10%) will include team meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and other duties as needed.
Skills and Background Needed
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience managing partner, client, or account relationships over time
• Solid working proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Experience with project management tools
• Strong writing and editing skills across short and long formats
• Excellent record-keeping habits and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple relationships
• Comfort in a remote work environment and genuine desire to strengthen team collaboration
What Makes You Thrive
• You are proactive and self-motivated—you create your own cadence and follow up without prompting
• You can hold many relationships in your mind at once and move between them smoothly
• You stay warm and steady even when conversations are difficult or stressful
• You know when to escalate a request and route it to the right person
• You genuinely care about partners succeeding, not just about completing tasks with your name on them
• You work with honesty and integrity and bring a collaborative spirit to everything you do
What You’ll Need
• A dedicated, quiet home office space with high-speed internet suitable for frequent video meetings
• Ability to maintain regular daytime business hours and stay in contact with the team throughout the day
• Willingness to occasionally meet with international partners during evening hours
