About the role:
We’re looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our customer support team. You’ll be the friendly voice behind the screen, helping customers get answers quickly via live chat. No experience necessary—we provide full training on everything you need to succeed.
What you’ll do:
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with patience, professionalism, and warmth
• Help resolve customer issues and answer questions on the first contact when possible
• Document conversations accurately so our team can follow up if needed
• Learn our product offerings and become a go-to resource for customer questions
• Work collaboratively with teammates and share knowledge to help each other improve
• Keep a positive, customer-focused attitude even during busy times
Skills/background needed:
• Ability to type clearly and communicate in writing
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new tools
• Patient, friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help
• Reliable and able to work set schedules
• Basic English grammar and spelling skills
• No prior customer service experience needed—we’ll train you
