About This Role
Join our support team in a fully remote position where you’ll help keep client implementations running smoothly. You’ll be the direct point of contact for educational institutions across your assigned territory, handling outbound communication, processing orders, and ensuring clients receive excellent service at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
• Reach out to clients through calls and emails to confirm renewals and support implementation projects
• Prepare and process sales orders accurately, ensuring timely and correct documentation
• Maintain and update client records in our CRM system so the team always has current information
• Create reports highlighting product usage and account status to help the team identify opportunities
• Follow up with clients proactively, confirming details and sharing helpful product information
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Service and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Skills/background needed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer-focused roles
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard business tools like email and video conferencing platforms
• Comfortable running professional virtual meetings
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Coachable with a willingness to learn quickly and build product knowledge
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments
• Open to occasional travel as business needs require
