Description:
What will I be doing:
Support team members to help manage client cases, including scheduling and preparing documents
Communicate daily with clients about their cases via chat and phone
Request, receive, and review client documents
Enter and maintain case information using our case management system
Assist with document filing, information requests, and official mailings
Organize correspondence and direct it to the right team member
Check documents and correspondence for accuracy and ensure deadlines are tracked

Strong attention to detail, organized, and comfortable working to deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience or comfort with phone-based client communication
Resourceful and proactive – quick to learn new information and systems
Able to manage repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and PDF tools
Willingness to learn new case management software – prior experience is helpful but not required
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high case volume
No formal qualifications are required – we’ll provide full training to the right candidate
