Live Chat Support Specialist – Patient Services (Entry Level, Remote)

Roles: As a Patient Support Specialist, you will handle incoming messages and calls from patients. You’ll answer questions about their accounts, service processes, prescription orders, pricing, and technical issues. You’ll also assist with enrollment support and reach out to patients to collect required information. You’ll work collaboratively with your team to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate can navigate multiple systems with ease, has excellent communication skills both in writing and on the phone, and is adaptable to feedback. You should be patient, professional, and able to stay calm when working with frustrated customers. You don’t need prior experience—we provide full training to bring you up to speed. A genuine desire to help resolve customer problems is essential.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming messages and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Use our knowledge base resources to find answers to customer questions
  • Process customer requests and follow established procedures
  • Collaborate with your team to resolve complex issues
  • Document all interactions accurately
  • Escalate issues when necessary with clear information for your team lead

Schedule: Business hours are 6am–6pm Monday through Friday, and 6am–3pm on weekends and holidays. Year-round operation means we need team members across different shifts. You’ll have a regular schedule with advance notice of any changes. Occasional overtime may be required.
