This is a fully remote work-from-home position.
We’re looking for a friendly and professional Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming messages and helping them with their needs. Your role is to provide clear, helpful support while working efficiently and maintaining excellent communication throughout each interaction.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming live chat messages from customers
• Log customer information accurately in our system
• Gather basic details about each customer and record them in the database
• Schedule appointments or actions as needed and communicate clearly with the team
• Notify management of any missed opportunities or issues that need attention
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Maintain a courteous and professional tone in every customer interaction
Skills/background needed:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers and willing to help
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms
• Friendly and professional manner
• Able to organize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good typing speed
• Self-motivated and independent worker
• High school diploma or equivalent
Technical requirements:
• High-speed internet access at home (minimum 1 GB)
• Headset (USB or compatible)
• Quiet, distraction-free home office space
• Two monitors or screens
• 1.4 GHz or higher processor (Intel Core 2 Duo or compatible)
• 2 GB RAM minimum
• Google Chrome installed
Physical requirements:
• Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods
• Clear vision for close-up work
• Ability to communicate clearly via chat and voice
