We’re looking for an enthusiastic customer service professional to join our support team.
If you enjoy helping customers, can provide clear and constructive feedback, and have strong listening skills, we’d love to hear from you. No prior experience is required – we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
This is a fully remote, part-time position offering a supportive work environment and the opportunity to develop your customer service skills from day one.
Roles: Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat, provide helpful support, learn from feedback, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Permanent, part-time (20 hours per week).
