Roles: You’ll be making outbound calls to patients, educating them about healthcare services, and helping them enroll in programmes. You’ll review patient information before each call, identify medication needs, and advocate for patient care.

Contract length: Full-time, permanent.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Location: Open to applicants worldwide (fully remote).
About the role:
This is a fully remote position where you’ll connect with patients over the phone, answer their questions, and help them understand the benefits of our healthcare services. You’ll access patient records to familiarize yourself with their needs before each call, identify any special medication requirements, and ensure they have the supplies they need for their care. Your focus will be on building trust, listening to patients, and helping them make informed decisions about their healthcare.
What you’ll do:
• Make outbound calls to patients and explain healthcare services in a clear, friendly way
• Review patient information before each call to understand their situation
• Identify medications that need special handling or storage
• Note supplies patients may need, such as sharps containers or syringes
• Build rapport quickly and show genuine empathy for patients’ situations
• Work independently while staying focused on patient advocacy
• Use computer systems to document calls and manage information
Skills/background needed:
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Ability to listen and empathize with patients
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfort navigating web-based systems and the internet
• Ability to learn new processes quickly
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior customer service or outbound call experience is helpful but not required
• Full training provided – no prior experience in this specific role necessary
