About The Role
Are you a natural communicator who enjoys helping others? We’re looking for friendly, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You’ll work fully remote, handling customer inquiries, solving problems, and building positive relationships with people who contact us. If you’re patient, thoughtful, and ready to learn on the job, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
• Communicate with customers via phone about a wide range of topics, from product questions to resolving issues
• Listen actively and think through problems to find solutions that satisfy customers
• Research and follow up on customer requests to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Take notes while on calls and navigate between phone conversations and computer systems
• Collaborate with team members using video calls and team chat apps to maintain a supportive work environment
• Stay open to feedback and continuous learning as you develop your skills
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. You’ll need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable multitasking between phone calls and computer work. Reliable, trustworthy, and willing to adapt to changing priorities. Able to pass a background check.
Technical Requirements
You’ll need a dedicated, quiet workspace at home free from background noise. A reliable, high-speed wired internet connection is essential (minimum 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload). We provide your computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam. You’ll need a smartphone or tablet capable of receiving authentication messages and calls for security purposes. A separate phone line is not required.
