We are seeking a Science Writer to help translate complex scientific and health concepts into clear, accessible communications. In this role, you’ll work with subject matter experts to create written materials that help leadership, healthcare professionals, and the general public understand important research and initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop clear, impactful written content that communicates research findings and organizational initiatives• Edit and review written materials for quality and consistency• Work alongside technical experts to create informative documents and summaries• Maintain a consistent voice and style across all written products• Adapt complex scientific and medical concepts for diverse audiences• Review content to ensure it meets relevant guidelines and standards
Skills/Background Needed:
• A degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Health, or a related field• Strong writing and editing skills• Ability to understand and explain technical or scientific information clearly• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment• Experience with medical, scientific, or technical writing is helpful but not required
