About This Role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Content Writer to join our growing team. You’ll create clear, compelling content that explains complex technical topics to customers, sales teams, and industry professionals. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting their writing career who’s eager to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do:
• Write and develop content including white papers, product documentation, blog articles, and digital materials
• Take complex technical concepts and turn them into clear, easy-to-understand messaging
• Work with customers, sales teams, and internal partners to gather information and develop case studies and success stories
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure all content is accurate and aligned with company goals
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies to keep content current
• Maintain consistency and quality across all written materials
• Support marketing initiatives, presentations, and customer-facing projects
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences
• Willingness to collaborate across teams
• Familiarity with SEO and keyword strategies is helpful but not required
• Comfortable learning about product lifecycle and technical sales processes
• Experience with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and basic content management is a plus
