About the Role:
As a Technical Writer, you’ll be responsible for:
Creating clear, accessible documentation for software products and tools
Working with product teams to understand features and translate them into user-friendly guides
Organizing technical information in a way that makes sense to customers
Updating and maintaining documentation as products evolve
Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and support teams
Learning industry standards and best practices for technical communication
Gathering feedback from users to improve documentation quality
Skills/background needed:
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to break down complex information into clear, simple steps
Attention to detail and care for accuracy
Willingness to learn technical concepts
Comfortable using Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and other writing tools
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Team player with a customer-first mindset
