You’ll work directly with our developers and engineers to create clear and well-written documentation for new products and features. Responsibilities
- Write and maintain user guides, datasheets, and release notes for software products
- Work with developers and engineers to learn about new features and translate them into clear, plain-English instructions
- Keep existing documentation accurate as software changes
- Build and expand our knowledge base to help users find answers independently
- Work with technical support teams to identify the questions users ask most frequently
- Help maintain and update website content, including product pages and datasheets
- Develop training materials for users
Skills and Background Needed
Required:
- Passion for understanding and learning technical concepts
- Solid knowledge of science, maths, and technology
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Strong communication and clarity in writing
Preferred:
- Experience documenting software or engineering products
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown
- Experience writing developer-facing documentation
- Experience with website development or content management systems
