About the role
We’re looking for a Proposal Writer to join our Business Development team. You’ll be responsible for creating clear, well-structured responses to client requests and managing the proposal process from start to finish. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll work with sales teams and other departments to produce high-quality written proposals on tight deadlines.
What you’ll be doing
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Prepare clear, professional responses to client information requests and detailed proposal requests
Manage multiple proposal projects at once, keeping track of deadlines and ensuring timely delivery
Gather information from different teams and sources to create complete, accurate proposals
Respond quickly to follow-up questions and additional information requests from clients
Review and improve existing proposal templates regularly
Check proposals for quality, accuracy, and clarity before they go out
Help find ways to improve the proposal process and support the sales team more effectively
What we’re looking for
Essential skills:
Clear, professional writing with excellent grammar and attention to detail
Ability to translate complex information into simple, easy-to-understand language
Strong organizational and time management skills – you can juggle multiple deadlines
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with different teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Willingness to learn new software and tools quickly
A keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies
Experience:
Prior proposal writing experience is helpful but not required – we provide full training.
