We are hiring a Technical Writer to support a documentation initiative focused on creating clear, detailed procedural guides and reference materials. You will work on developing and refining instructional content, ensuring accuracy and clarity for end users who rely on these materials in the field.
What you’ll do:
• Review, complete, and publish documentation entries within existing databases and systems
• Develop and revise instructional content sets, publications, and procedural guides
• Ensure accuracy and operational relevance of all documentation entries
• Create detailed step-by-step procedures for technical processes and systems
• Develop test plans and coordinate validation efforts
• Prepare draft manuals and coordinate publication updates based on feedback
• Communicate regularly with other writers and subject matter experts
• Conduct independent research using databases, websites, and information repositories
Skills/background needed:
• Experience in technical writing, procedural documentation, or related field preferred but not required
• Ability to research complex topics and translate information into clear written formats
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
• Proficiency with standard writing and document management tools
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in specialized domains
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant work experience is equally valued
