We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, user-friendly documentation for software systems. You’ll work with development teams and subject matter experts to produce guides, tutorials, and support materials that help users understand and use technology effectively.
About the Role:
This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting or building a career in technical writing. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and support. You’ll develop skills in documentation creation, user communication, and software systems while working with a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain user guides and installation instructions
• Develop training materials with clear examples and illustrations
• Write release notes and troubleshooting documentation
• Create in-program tutorials for complex concepts
• Work with development teams and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate documentation reviews
• Maintain organized documentation repositories
• Support knowledge transfer activities
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language
• Comfort learning new software and tools
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Willingness to ask questions and learn from feedback
• Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams
