About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and organized person to join our automotive service team. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, helping them understand what services their vehicles need and keeping them updated throughout the repair process. No prior automotive experience is required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do
• Greet customers and listen to their automotive service needs
• Ask clear questions to understand what’s wrong with their vehicle
• Create estimates for services like oil changes, tire work, and brake repairs
• Work with service technicians to track progress on repairs
• Keep detailed notes on customer interactions and service history
• Follow up with customers after their service is complete
• Learn about vehicle systems and recommend services that help customers
Skills/background needed
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
• Ability to explain technical information in simple, clear language
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working in a busy environment
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Mechanical experience is a plus but we’ll provide full training
