We’re hiring a Content Creator to film projects, create engaging video content, and manage our social media accounts across multiple platforms.
You’ll work with our teams in the field, document their work, and turn that footage into polished videos and posts that showcase projects and engage audiences. This role spans everything from filming and photography through editing and publishing content.
What you’ll do:
• Film and photograph projects in the field, including behind-the-scenes footage, team introductions, and project progress shots
• Capture before-and-after photos and evening footage to showcase completed work
• Edit video footage into engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Stories
• Manage social media accounts, keeping content consistent, organized, and posted on schedule
• Plan weekly content calendars, write captions, schedule posts, and bring creative ideas to the team
• Monitor comments and messages, respond to basic inquiries, and flag important requests
• Track which content performs best and use those insights to improve future posts
• Coordinate filming schedules with team leaders and organize photos and videos for future use
Skills/background needed:
• Experience filming and editing videos (portfolio or examples required)
• Familiarity with at least one video editing tool such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
• A good eye for framing, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to local job sites and ability to work around active teams
• Availability for daytime filming and some evening shoots
• Professional and friendly communication style
• Experience managing social media for a business is a plus
