About the role:
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll create clear, accurate documentation that supports various departments and helps ensure product quality and safety. You’ll work with internal teams and external sources to gather information, analyze data, and communicate technical findings to management and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
• Gather, analyze, and document information from internal and external sources to assess risks and impacts
• Prepare and analyze technical data and use structured analytical approaches to identify root causes
• Write clear reports and documentation that effectively communicates findings to senior management
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with procedures and policies
• Perform trend analysis on collected data
• Work independently to meet deadlines and maintain compliance standards
• Provide technical support and assistance to team members solving complex problems
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in a science field (Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or similar) or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field
• Advanced writing and communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with various departments
