We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for our products throughout their lifecycle. This is a great opportunity to build your technical writing experience in a hands-on role.
Position Summary
This is an on-site position based at our workplace. You’ll create, maintain, and improve accurate technical documentation that helps customers understand, install, and use our products. You’ll work closely with product design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and ready for product launches.
This role is ideal if you enjoy detailed documentation work and want to develop your technical writing skills in a supportive environment. No prior technical writing experience is required—we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain installation and operating manuals for new and existing products
• Develop and update technical documentation associated with product launches
• Gather, organize, and verify technical information from internal subject matter experts
• Support documentation timelines in alignment with product launch schedules
• Review documentation for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and usability
• Maintain version control and revision history for technical documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
• Edit and proofread technical content as needed
• Assist with updates to existing documentation as products evolve
Skills/background needed
• Strong written communication and editing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, easy-to-understand documentation
• Comfortable managing multiple documents and deadlines
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and document formatting
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical writing role
Experience with installation manuals, product documentation, diagrams, or technical drawings is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants with little or no prior technical writing experience.
